Dr. Pavia served as Chief Technology Officer of Glori Energy, and on the Board of Azevan Pharmaceuticals. He was Entrepreneur-in-Residence with the venture capital firm Oxford Bioscience Partners, Chief Technology Officer at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, and Vice President of Cambridge Research at Sphinx Pharmaceuticals, a division of Eli Lilly & Co.
